What to expect at the lake?

Allow for at least 1.5 hours for each class. Check in 15 mins before hand. Each class will start with introductions, basic water safety and cover equipment. Apparel – Bathing suit under your yoga clothes, or SUP yoga specific apparel. Eye wear, hat and sunscreen. Trucker hats are great because it floats. Croakies for your glasses, so you don’t lose them or a pair you don’t mind losing in the water if you fall in. PFD’s are required on the board, if you have your own favorite one please bring it. Go Pros are a plus. For pictures, Use hashtag #lunamoonsup

Cell phones on the board are not necessary but a waterproof case is recommended if you do want to keep it with you.

What should I wear?

Bathing suit under your yoga clothes, or SUP yoga specific apparel or board shorts.

Canceling Resevation Policy

Please reschedule your reservation up to 24 hrs of your class time. Canceling after 24 hrs or a no-show will result in a $10 service fee. There is a waitlist, If the class is already full and you are on the waitlist, you will receive live feedback from the site as to whether you were bumped into class automatically. If you are unable to attend your waitlist, please cancel your waitlist reservation.

Should I try land balance board workshops first?

Yes! If you are looking to build your skills, the indoor studio workshops are perfect trainers. Plus they are the same boards used in the water.
