 If you’re feeling bummed that you missed our first couple of paddles, you’re in luck. We are JUST getting started with our season and have plenty more coming your way. There’s a paddle for everybody. Whether you’re a newbie or looking to get your SUP Training Certification, we’ve got you covered.

Wellness Workshops

Luna Moon prioritize’s the importance of holistic health and well-being. Our Wellness Workshops are designed to provide participants with the tools and knowledge needed to enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

These workshops cover various topics, including mindfulness, stress reduction techniques, nutrition, and fitness. Led by experienced facilitators, each session aims to create a supportive environment where individuals can learn, share, and grow together.

Participants can expect interactive activities, informative discussions, and practical exercises that can easily be incorporated into daily life. Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of wellness or simply seeking a refreshing break from everyday stressors, our Wellness Workshops are open to all.

Creating a profile through our book system, reserves your gear and helps us understand who is coming out for class.

  1. Create a profile with an email and password. (fully protected and secure site)

  2. Pick which class you are attending, even if its a private group your are attending.

  3. Add your card to reserve and pay for your SUP (they are limited)

  4. Acknowledge the waiver online. We may ask the same questions in person but it takes care of one step before coming to class.

After reserving with a card, a confirmation email will be sent and a class reminder 24hrs before your reservation time.
